What is a Senior Leader ?

Senior Leaders are those who want to learn and refine their skills for creating transformation. While many Senior Leaders aspire to be a SUCCESSinfusion Trainer, others just want to serve and work to create lasting change in areas of their lives and clients of the SUCCESSinfusion process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Potential tasks include assisting team meetings, supporting clients through their personal journeys, initiating interventions with them when needed, motivating and leading teams of crew and supporting participants at live and online events through major processes like the SUCCESSinfusion process.

Key Benefits of the Programme:

SUCCESSinfusion Leaders are invited to support Rob Hendry during live and online events. Under the supervision and mentoring of a SUCCESSinfusion Trainer, each Senior Leader will receive hands-on experience to further develop their leadership, group management and presentation skills. Through this hands-on experience, you will hone and
master the application of Rob’s programmes to create positive change in others. A highly valued skill set in all areas of life.
For people who desire to continue, we will consider the most exceptional and experienced Senior Leaders for a SUCCESSinfusion Trainer role. Trainers are invited to additional dedicated training days each year. They are the masters of the SUCCESSinfusion process and instrumental in ensuring a successful and life-changing experience .
