Senior Leader Application Requirements

Required Qualifications

Qualified applicants MUST meet the following three requirements before submitting an application.

Be a SUCCESSinfuson Graduate and completed the following programmes :

SICCESSinfusion Mindset Mastery
SUCCESSinfusion Leadership Mindset Mastery
SUCCESSinfusion Crew - Team Member

OK, I am Qualified. How Do I Apply?

If you qualify, please request an application by sending an email to seniorleadershipteam@robhendry.com with the subject line “Senior Leader Application Request”. You will receive a reply with the application and
instructions.

Post-application - What Happens Next ?

1. Your application will be reviewed by the Senior Leadership Committee within
2-4 months.
2. During the 2-4 month review process, we encourage you to Crew as many
events as possible, so we can see your skills in action.

3. If your application is approved, you will be invited to a SUCCESSinfusion
event as a conditional Senior Leader. Here, you will be evaluated by a
SUCCESSinfusion Trainer.
4. If all goes well at the SUCCESSinfusion event, you will be invited to join our
Senior Leadership team.

Anyone not accepted at this time, may be asked to complete additional training and encouraged to re-apply in the future
